The KA-600DT Control Center uses the latest in technology
to control all functions of the batch roof dryer. The unit will control the drying and the
cooling of the batch automatically. All day to day functions are performed on switches
mounted on the exterior of the weather tight control panel. There is no need to open the
panel cover once the dryer controls have been set. These features include fan 1 and fan 2
start and stop switches, dryer control functions, and a burner On/Off switch. Dryer
control operations can be easily monitored through the clear cover on the Control Panel.
These displays include drying and cooling lights. A LED temperature display continuously
informs the operator of grain temperature. Stainless steel temperature probes are
available in sets of 2 or 4 sensors. These electronic sensors accurately prevent under or
over drying, and are not affected by external weather conditions. The interior of the
KA-600DT panel has high quality electrical components. The drying and cooling timers are
interchangeable. These timers have adjustable time ranges, and are easy to plug into the
base in the event of replacement. The electronic temperature controller has proven
accuracy, and features the continuous readout on the display. A simple set point menu is
standard on all units.

The KA-GLP-S illuminates when the grain reaches the sensor
switch mounted in the bin.
The unit is portable, or may be installed in a bin and
wired permanently.
The KA-GLP-S is complete with a KA-621 switch.
