FDS-2850 Tower Control Panel

The unit controls all functions of the dry fertilizer weigh hopper and mixer. Batches are weighed and mixed automatically, allowing the plant operator to perform other duties. Computerized models include a "BUMPING" feature for precise cutoff of both large and small requets. Valves (gates) are individually controlled, up to twelve products (standard units), each with a unique scaling factor. Mixer(s) are controlled by the program, including mix times and discharge locations. The printer will report customer information, date and time, and total quantity dispensed.

The unit controls all functions of the bulk dry fertilizer weigh hopper. This system also includes the "BUMPING" feature for precise cutoff when the requested quantity has been dispensed. A unique Inventory Program allows easy management of Wholesale and Retail values.

Features

All models are available to operate stand alone, or using an Agronomy Software package. Files can be received through a modem or network, and can be sent back for billing. Orders may be stored on file, or made at the time of loading. Quanitities dispensed and inventory levels are stored on file for easy access to the plant manager. Expanded models can control up to twenty products and multiple discharge locations. E-Mail reports are a standard feature of all Dry Tower control systems.
