Automated
Weighing System
The Kahler Automation
weighing system is designed to dispense fluids from
large bulk tanks to retail delivery. The system uses
fluid pumps which are electronically interlocked to a
combination scale/measuring tank. The machine is
operated from a user friendly input keypad. The
selected product is listed on the display terminal
where the operator enter information to complete the
order. Entries include product name, gallons desired,
and dispense location. The system will then
automatically control related pumps and valves to
quickly and accurately dispense the batch requested.
Initial setup allows all important data to be entered
into the memory of the system. Product name and
weight per gallon may be programmed individually for
each product to be dispensed. Measuring tanks are
available in various sizes.

Reports
Kahler Automation
Fluid Dispensing Systems are available with
transaction reports. These reports include time of
day, date, product name, pounds dispensed and
discharge location. The system is easily upgraded to
Terminal Deluxe or Plant Supervisor computerized
transaction and facility management software.
