Control panel includes indicator lights and front mounted manual controls. All units are available with keypad or PC terminal controls. The system has been approved for Bayer CropScience's Balance Pro.
Automated Weighing Systems
The Kahler Automation weighing system is designed to dispense fluids from mini bulk tanks to retail delivery. The system uses fluid pumps which are electronically interlocked to a combination scale/measuring tank. The machine is operated from a user friendly input keypad. The product is listed on the display terminal where the operator enter information to complete the order. Entries include ounces per acre and acres option, or gallons/pounds desired mode. The system will then automatically control related pumps and valves to quickly and accurately dispense the batch requested. Initial setup allows all important data to be entered into the memory of the system. Product name and weight per gallon may be programmed for desired print out. Dimensions: 20"W x 36"L x 32"H

Kahler Automation Fluid Dispensing Systems are standard with transaction and inventory reports. These reports include time of day, date, product name, pounds and gallons dispensed. The system is easily upgraded to Terminal Deluxe or Plant Supervisor computerized transaction and facility management software. |
