This system is designed to allow dry products to be transferred into the weigh tank. Units are available with 20 cubic foot hopper (Between 800 and 1,200 pounds of material). An super sack bulk bag unit may be added to the top of the hopper.

Bulk DF Delivery System

The Kahler Automation FDS-3330 control will accurately dispense dry flowables into the mixing tank from a user friendly input keypad. The selected product is listed on the display terminal where the operator enters information to complete the order. Entries include product name, pounds desired, and dispense location. The system will then automatically control related motors and stage the valves to quickly and accurately dispense and mix the batch requested. Initial setup allows all important data to be entered into the memory of the system. Product name, pump delay time, and air purge time may be programmed individually for each product to be dispensed. Systems are available in various configurations.

Configuration 1.
Unit is capable of stand alone operation for customer "hand add" of 20 cu. ft. product into the hopper. Unit is available with optional Desk Scale Automation System.

Configuration 2.
Unit is capable of attaching a single super sack coned pallet. Unit is available with optional Deck Scale Automation System.

Configuration 3.
Unit is capable of attaching multiple super sack coned pallets with gate. This allows multiple dry products to be interchanged during the season. Unit is available with optional Deck Scale Automation System.
