Session Overview:
All training sessions cover account, product, and order creation in Terminal Management; configuring controllers to dispense product; dispensing product using Plant Supervisor loadout software; basic settings; and some troubleshooting of these systems.
We offer four different versions of our training classes:
Operator Dry: This session focuses on dry systems, with an emphasis on the information an operator needs to run and troubleshoot them.
Operator Liquid: This session focuses on liquid systems, with an emphasis on the information an operator needs to run and troubleshoot them.
Operator Combo: This session covers both liquid and dry systems at a more basic level than either individual session, with an emphasis on the information an operator would need to know to run and troubleshoot them.
Administrator Combo: New this season, this combination liquid/dry training shares most of the same content as the standard operator training but focuses more on reporting and user management. You may find this session useful if you are a manager or back office employee.
