Product Overview
There are five standard FLEXCOMMAND systems, each designed to control different bulk material handling facility needs.
Tank Level Monitoring: Designed to monitor liquid levels in tanks. Supports vertical, horizontal, and cone bottom tanks, and displays levels as a percentage of fullness, both in feet/inches and volume of product.
Weigh Tank System (2300): Designed to operate a single weigh tank or liquid blender on a scale. Supports 1 controller, 1 scale, and 32 products/pumps, along with pre-rinse, post-rinse, air purge, and hand-adds. Legal-for-trade.
Platform Scales (2400): Designed to operate increasing/decreasing weight scales. Typical applications include chemical shuttle/repackaging, chemical injection into a carrier system, and chemical injection for a dry tower. Supports up to 4 controllers, 4 scales, and 32 products/pumps. Legal-for-trade.
Volumetric Flow Meters (2555): Designed to operate volumetric flow meters. Typical applications include chemical systems that inject into carrier systems, repackaging chemical systems, and carrier systems utilizing a volumetric meter. Supports multiple discharge locations with individual product and pump configurations Legal-for-trade.
Mass Flow Meters (2755): Designed to operate mass flow meter systems. Typical applications include liquid fertilizer carrier systems, and liquid chemical systems that inject into carrier systems and/or are used for repackaging. Supports up to 4 controllers, 16 mass flow meters, and 32 products/pumps. Legal-for-trade.
